Well… what do you do when you realize you cannot do pixel art? Imitating is fine, doing something new is… well - fun and all but does not work.
You do the next best thing. Slightly larger pixel art. Or, to be more precise, low-res render that looks, maybe, like done in the 2005. Remember I have no mough, and I must scream video game?
There’s your toolset: Blender, low-poly objects, Blender’s compositor that’s used to limit the palette so that it looks as if your graphics card cannot do more than, let’s say, 256 colours.
